Ender 3 LED Light Bar Mount

I found some COB LED lights that I wanted to use for lights, and liked the mount by mleotta. That mount was curved and wouldn't work with these LEDs. So I remixed it for my application.

Also designed this to be used with a single arm, but never went with it.
