This is an LED light for the Ender 3. The mount uses spare v-slot hardware included with the Ender 3 and can be attached in a variety of configurations. You will need to provide four (4) M4 bolts and four (4) wingnuts or washers.
The light hood is intended for a 143mm x 15mm C.O.B LED strip light. You can resize the hood to fit whatever size C.O.B strip you can find. I bought mine from a local surplus electronics store but this appears to be the same part (albeit much more expensive https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=0SW-00DW-001V0).
I also added a blue light-up push button to my Ender 3 to turn the light on and off.
