I made this case to attach my Pi 4 running OctoPrint to my Ender 3 now that there's a version out to run on a Pi 4. I attached it underneath the LCD, but it could be attached anywhere on the rails that doesn't impede motion. It is a push fit, no screws needed unless you're attaching the fan.
The top of the case fits a fan, I used this one https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B076H3TKBP/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&psc=1&linkCode=sl1&tag=matt0e2d-20&linkId=7bfdee0f260005348af9f1b522276b0f&language=en_US and I'm not sure how other fans would fit.
There is a version of the bottom with supports modeled and a version without them pre-made. I couldn't get Cura to make them how I wanted so I made that version and after removal just had to sand them down a bit.
To get the Pi in nicely you have to pull the SD card out and pull the front ends apart a little bit, then the fit is perfect!
Where I mounted the case at, this cable https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B076H3TKBP/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie
