This holder fits the "CanaKit" case that was supplied with the pi when I ordered it, see the photo for more details on the pi case. I ordered this on Amazon.
The USB power on/off button is a nice addition since while the pi is powered on, the fan will run even when I have the ender powered off. This just eliminates me having to un-plug/plug-in each time, which would be lame.
I used 4-40 screws on the clamp pieces and 8-32 screws to fasten the pi holder to the t-bar mount.
