I added a larger motor for my y axis on my Ender 3 Pro, but it was so large that the bed contacted the motor before it hit the endstop. Made a quick endstop relocation mod to trigger the endstop before the carriage hit the motor.Additional hardware requirements:x2 - M3 x 8mm Socket Head Cap Screw (other heads will prob work, but I used this)x2 - M3 T-nut Instructions:Print the model lolUnplug the y axis endstopUnscrew the endstop from the stock mounting pointUsing the screws you just took out, install the endstop onto the printed partAdd the M3 bolts/t-nuts to the printed partInstall the printed part on the opposite side of the y axis extrusionRe-route the wire and plug it into the endstopDouble check the endstop is depressed before making contact with the motorModify firmware if needed (I'm running klipper, and my config had the y axis over traveling. I had my endstop position set to -17mm, but his mod set my endstop position to 0)Enjoy your bigger motor and more torque :)build by
