Ender 3 Pro Z Axis Stepper Mount

I noticed that my Z-Axis did not move up and down easily. I checked here on Thingiverse and found a mount by Ross_K. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2752080

However the printed tail pushed the stepper motor out away and made things worse. I tried cutting the tail off, and making another version closer to 10mm thickness my original injected molded piece from my ender 3 pro (sainsmart 12/2019) has;

Also Ross_K part is different in height, and caused my stepper motor to need to be shimmed below...(i'm guessing this is from small changes from Ender 2, Ender 3, Ender 3 Pro)

I discovery to fix I only need east-west movement, so I have made a new part based off the Original Ender 3 Pro injected molded part ( I measured using a Digital Caliper).
