I created my own SD Card Holder. I like it better than others I could find due to the mounting location and ease of mounting. If I redid this I would include the other bolt, but not a big deal.

Note: The ribbon on my Full Size SD card adapter is in the center. Other similar adapter boxes have the ribbon set to the edge which would have put a huge bend in the ribbon.
