Ender 3 side spool bracket

I remixed the bracket that CHEP did, which was from other remixes : https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3303879

There are 3 "improvements":

1) I made it longer and higher so there's no interference from larger spools
2) I made a second rail holder to make it more stable
3) I also filled in the unused holes (badly, but it works).

No additional requirements, just attach the existing holder.
