Ender 3 Side Spool Mount

Bracket for mounting the Ender 3 spool holder on the bottom side of the printer. No new hardware is necessary, the T-slot nuts that hold the metal "arm" on the top of the frame in the stock setup fit inside the slots on this bracket, and it simply slides into place on the extrusion.

Moving the spool to this position makes the frame of the Ender a bit less top-heavy, and the new position of the arm means it can be used as a guide for the extruder and hotend cable bundle, like I've done in my photo, which means there's no longer any risk of the Y axis getting caught on these when you print something tall.
