Ender 3 Small Bed Handle

This is a handle for the print bed of the Ender 3. It is a remake of [vivodinacs handle](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3117709). I redesigned it from scratch in Fusion 360, but used the original as guideline. Goals compared to original:

- Prints without support
- Barely sticks out from bed, this is important at least to me since I have an enclosure and handles like the original were colliding with the front door.
