This part has been lightly modified from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:735213 to refine the spool fit specifically for the Ender 3 spool holder and improve the stability on the adapter using a "snap" fit. I have included the FreeCad project file to facilitate further customization and the Cura project file. It is specifically for the Ender3 and slides over the rim of the spool holder.
