Ender 3 spool holder lock

This was created because I wasn't able to put the [Creality CR-10 Spool Adapter - Large and Small](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2387254) from [jantzenday](https://www.thingiverse.com/jantzenday) (thanks for that!) to my Ender 3 holder. The spool holder pipe has a wider ending, so I removed it but the spool fell down from the holder by printing. So I have created a threaded lock while the bolt should be connected to the pipe (stick/screw on) and you can then lock the spool by the nut.
It fits the pipe with a 26.4 mm inside diameter.
The bolt is designed for not using the support, so I recommend 45% beveling of the pipe end with the inside direction, so the bolt fits perfectly and you can just stick it with super glue.
