This spool holder is made of a 3D-printed base (in orange on the photo) and some additional parts (in back on the photo). These additional parts are the original Creality Ender 3 parts you get when you buy an Ender 3.

This part can be printed with the left face (when looking on the picture) toward the plate (arms pointing upwards), with infill set to 30% and no support.
