Ender 3 Stand Alone LCD Case

This is a stand-alone case for the LCD and controls for a Creality Ender 3. It is intended as an alternative to housing the LCD directly on the frame (e.g., if moving the electronics off the frame for the purposes of keeping the latter in an enclosure).
