Ender 3 Toolhold remix

I remixed the tool holder to have a large hole to hold my exacto knife, and extended the tweezer holder part so I could also store my needle nose pliers on it.

NOTE: The bottom of the stl file is not flat, when slicing drop it into the build plate by about .5mm to fix this issue.
