Ender 3 Upgrade Kit

This is a collection of remixes of the listed Things, with some ideas added from others I suppose. Thought it was time to get them all together. I made these for my Ender 3 Max, but they also fit on the Ender 3 Pro and the original Ender I believe. Not sure about how they fit on the V2, but someone should try.
Added a few 3mm nuts and bolts and had to use a longer 10pin Display cable and a longer 5pin TFT cable.
I'll update this as I add the parts.

1: The main control board that fits in the inside edge of the left wing was always a pain in the butt, having to turn the machine upside down to get at. So I took the case submitted by ilnaij (#4470558) and essentially mirrored the outside of the case so I could fit it on the outside edge of the left wing. I also opened an 80mm hole for a larger fan to mount on top of the cover and added a modified fan shroud by jimb15122 (#1972504) to stop things falling into the fan.
