Ender 3 V2 Bed Level

CHEP's awesome tool to help bed leveling updated to work with the Ender 3 V2.

Works with Ender 3 V2 firmware 1.0.1

Code moves the nozzle to just above each bed adjustment screw and pauses. Check/adjust the height with a piece of paper and click the resume/pause button to move onto the next location. Repeat until the bed is level.
