I wanted to relocate the power switch to the front of my printer so I basically re-modeled the original front switch housing.
There is a sacrificial layer, which you have to cut away with a blade after printing. This way you can print it without supports.
Be sure to use proper gauge wiring to extend the cables. You should use at least 18 AWG wires, but 16 AWG is recommended.
Use JST R or JST FV connectors for the power supply terminals and JST FVDDF insulated connectors for the switch and the mains plug.
Updates:
2023-01-22 - Uploaded a version with slightly thicker pins, because the original model was too loose. This should be a tighter fit.
2023-01-25 - Uploaded a version with even thicker pins. Now the pin diameter matches the original cover's pin diameter.
