Hello this a support free Ender 3 v2 filament guide with built in mount for inline runout sensor remixed from **RedSoda** remix of **kruselandon12** and originally from **Holspeed**, all credit to them!
It is made specifically for this sensor by BIQU:

You may have to enable HIGH runout setting in your firmware for it to behave properly.
This should not change your e-steps, movement and path is very smooth.
Upon removing filament from bowden after prints you want to clip the end from hotend between extruder top and sensor before pulling it back out to avoid breakage and getting filament trapped in the sensor.
Ive tested over 200hrs on these mounts with no issues besides having to reinforce the sensor mounting arm. Print two of the spacers for either sides of the wheel.
I used three M3x20mm bolts with small lockwashers and one 608 bearing for the wheel.
enjoy : )
