I loved this design by @Filboyt but dang it had a lot of problems. I remade about 90% of it. Fixes:
- *flat* bottom for proper bed adhesion / much easier prints (removed all chamfers). See improved layers pic.
- thicker walls with better dimensions for fan mount
- thinner screw spacers (original actually starts to separate fan plastic cause it is too thick)
- larger air chamber for improved airflow
Adhesion type: skirt
Supports: no
Bed type: PEI
0.4 nozzle, 0.2mm layer height, 20% - 40% infill
PLA (any brand but I used Polymaker PLA)
Nozzle 205 C
Bed: 65 C
Speed 30 - 50 mm/s (I always set first layer to ultra slow 10mm/s).
I printed with Ender 3 S1 Pro and Cura / Creality Slicer
