Ender 3 X Axis Linear Rail Mod

Since I wantet to have a Linear Rail on the X Axis of my Ender 3 without Loosing to much printspace I designed this Plate. You can use it to mount a 300mm MGN12 Rail.

I had it lasercut from 5mm Aluminium for around 20€. You will need to Print the Belt Tensioner from my other things for it to work.

Be careful with Direct Drive Extruders since the printed assembly is now closer to the middle it could collide with the Z-Axis Extrusions. I'm using a Hero me Gen5 with a BMG Extruder and a Pancacke Motor and hat to cut off some of the Direct Drive Plate for it to get to the Limit Switch. But even now it fits just barely.

Included is a dxf file most laser services can work with.
