Was having trouble with my Y-Axis stepper damper on the Ender 3. Found this:

It was great, but there was some flex in the bracket. So I just added a 20 mm brace to the side that braces the bracket against the 40x20mm aluminum frame.
Printed with 30 percent infill. Supports from build plate. Like the original, this uses the OEM hardware. Bolts right in place.
