Ender 3 Y Stepper Damper Mount

This remix to Octal8's damper addresses 2 issues I found.

1) The clearance issue between the top of the bracket and the heat bed wires without the need to move the zstop and re-level. This was done by adding a chamfer to the leading top corner and reducing the overall height of the bracket.

2) In the original, I found my belt was twisting due to the offset of the stepper so I reduced the offset by 1.75mm. The belt now lines up straight.

This reuses the factory screws and is a quick installation.

Note that as seen in the photo, I have moved my Y end stop forward to mechanically center the build plate. Doing so, the nozzle may push down on the heat bed when homed, however this hasn't caused me any issues.
