Ender 3 Z-axis preciese switchless adjustable endstop

Stock Ender 3 endstop uses microswitch and in my cases has poor repeatability and long time stability wich leads to low first layer quality.
In switchless endstop used roller pen tip and M5 stainless steel bolt as a contact pair and M3 bolt for position adjustment. After assembling you need to put M5 bolt and roller tip in to initial contact (endstop is normally closed). Then mount on a printer frame and fine tune home position using M3 bolt.
In my setup i have this repeatability results:
