Ender 4 BLTouch Mount

I noticed there weren't any BLTouch mounts for the Ender 4 so I created one. I used the basic hole layout of an adjustable BLTouch mount in combination with the shape of the stock autolevel sensor plate. You will need two M3 nuts and two M3 screws that are about 5.5 to 6 mm long so they may need to be custom cut.
