Ender 5 Cable management hide

This is a cable management tube design that does not require lengthening of any cables and does not require moving of the power supply.
It is affixed to the frame with two cable ties.
It is a bit of fiddling to fit it all together but just work through it logically.
The hotend cables exit at the very top, the Filament stepper cable exits through the hole closest to the top, next hole in the top surface of the top section is for the top stepper and switch on the upper frame and the bed cables exit through the side of the lower section - leave them in a loop to allow the bed to travel up and down.
