Ender 5 Display bracket

I installed the Dual Z modification and had to find a new home for the dispaly, it was originally on the bottom rail, but I did not want to move it outside the frame, so tucked it up in the top inside corner. I simplified the cover to give a flat front and make it easier to print. No need for supports, printed at 30% infill to make it nice and sturdy.
