After doing some upgrades to my Ender, I wanted to replace the bed supports that I had been using for a while (the old ones were damaged). My go-to bed supports have always been a pain to print (especially after I remixed someone else's supports).
So I created a brand new design that :
* Prints easily
* Fits on the print bed easily
* Holds up better than other designs
* Doesn't require unique left/right pieces
* Adjustable
In fact, everything you need can be printed at once in a 7-8 hour print.
NOTE: I highly recommend using a very high infill (I used 85%).
Also needed:
* 4x 4mm nuts
* 2x 4mm screws (the longer the better)
Print count:
* 1x Front Bracket
* 2x Strut
* 2x Bearing Bracket
Instructions:
Take each bearing bracket and install on the linear bearing on each side of the print bed. Thread a 4mm nut on the existing screw to hold in place (it's a pain, but it can be done). Tighten this as much as possible. I only put one nut on each bracket,
