Ender 5 Pi4b enclosure

I found this encloure for ender 3 Max and figured Ender 5 has the same lcd frame so then the screw holes align. the ender 3 pro has a narrover frame and the holes are below the screen without offset like the max so none of those would fit.

on ender 3 max the enclousure rests alot on the frame and likely only needs the screws, but on ender 5 only a small portion rests and it felt wobbly so i adapted it.

changes:
- oversized the HDMI, charger and audio socket holes as they were to tight to fit.
- closed off the wall towards the printer and added a hole for the LCD cable
- added some slide rails for the enclosure to hang onto the screen, now it feels sturdy.
