This is an Adapter that allows the installation of a BTT Octopus 1.1 (and also 1.0) and the Stock MOSFET that comes with the Printer into the case of the Ender 5 Plus.
If you want to be able to access all of the Ports of the Octopus, you need to cut out a hole in the casing of the ender.
