Ender 5 Plus Cable Sleeve Support

The way I have my Ender 5 Plus setup, the cable sleeve sort of just hangs around unsupported and often rubs the frame of the printer. This is my first mod I've made for the printer.

I used 40% infill, 100mm/s, .2mm height, everything else standard on Cura. Came out looking nicely, very sturdy, and I was able to torque the bolt to the correct spec without any deformation.
