We selected the ender 5 plus for its build area and cube frame style construction, knowing that we wanted to print ABS with a heated chamber this design lends itself to easy enclosing using twin-wall polycarbonate panels designed to attach directly to the frame using the extrusion profile with quarter turn fasteners that I designed and printed.The polycarbonate front door provides a clear view into the print chamber. The top or lid is constructed from a twin-wall polycarbonate top with twin-wall polycarbonate back and a clear polycarbonate front. the sides are closed off with Tanis brush strips which allow the gantry to move back and forth. An inner twinwall polycarbonate side wall stops just above the gantry rail and enhances heat retention and helps prevent the bristles catching in the belts etc. I have printed covers for the gantry which prevents the bristles getting into any of the belts etc. A camera rail and mount allows a webcam to be positioned on the door for a view into the p
