Ender 5 plus Hemera - BL Touch Adapter

Thank you to the original design! I was sooooo tired of taking off the entire mounting plate just to get to the Hemera extruder. Just added a side car for the BL touch since I imagine that most people have the BL touch as it came stock with the ender 5+.

I printed the adapter in PLA, but you may want to go with PETG as it sits really close to the hot end, so we'll see how long my PLA version lasts.

I used M3 x 6mm screws to hold the BL touch adapter to the extruder adapter.
