Ender 5 Plus LED bar V2

Totally redesigned my LED bar for the ender 5 Plus. V1 of my LED bar was great, unfortunately since I had printed it with PETG and used LED strips with 5050 LED chips, it warped something fierce. The problem was the LED got too hot for the design. This V2 design allowed extra space in the back of the strip and ventilation holes for the heat to escape. Tested it leaving the strip on for 48 hours and it did not warp.

I used RGB LED strip with 5050 LED chips. I used ribbon cable to wire it up thus the little square hole on the caps to get the wires trough. I also used a 1/4" wire sleeve as you see in the pictures. The sleeve fits nicely in the groove of the extrusion. This make it simple to route the wires and being black, it sort of disappear.

I printed this with PETG but you can use whatever material you wish. I printed the bar flat on it's back. It gave me a little strings as the groove for the strips was printing in mid air. That did not really effected the use of it
