As soon as I received my Ender 5 PLUS I knew that I wanted to replace the extruder with a SeeMeCNC and a MicroSwiss hot end. When they arrived the MicroSwiss dropped in just like it did on my Ender 5's. The SeeMeCNC was not so easy. Creality redesigned the mount on the 5 PLUS. I moved the filament out sensor closer to the SeeMeCNC, it should feed right into the extruder with no proiblem. The biggest challange I had is getting the filament through the sensor. I used hard ware from the SeeMeCNC kit and some that I had on hand. I used the original sensor mounting hardware to attach it to the new bracket. I would suggest some high temp PLA, or I used Carbon Fiber PLA. The bracket is the same thickness as the original metal one. It should hold up, but it does flex so be careful when loading filament.
The filamnet sensor screws should self tap into the bracket.
