I like simple easy stuff. This does not need hardware or anything removed to add it.
I made it friction fit but since all printers are different if you need you can add a piece of double sided tape to the slot. It will not go anywhere.
I am not a CAD person so Tinkercad is my friend. I make quick easy items to make my work easier. Not looking for any shock and awe effect. Just plain simple it works.
It just slips over the aluminum bed support bar under the bed. If you need just add a piece of double sided tape to the slot and its there. Have not had a chance to test with heated bed yet. Do not see why it would be an issue if you tape it..
I used the thin 3M double sided tape. Wipe the aluminum with alcohol first.
If anyone has better ideas please let me know. I was looking for no hardware and no dis-assembly for this part.

Update
Just finished a print at 60 bed temp and aluminum barely got warm. Did not affect this at all. I am trying it at 90 to see how it goes.
