Ender 5 Plus touchscreen adapter

These are three designs I used to mount a BTT 5" touch screen and Manta board to my Ender 5. "E5 Extension mounts to the rail in front of the hole in the case where the stock screen is mounted, "E5 faceplate" mounts to that extension to close the extension and hide the wires, and "E5 Adapter" screws to the existing printer board location and provides new mounting points for a Manta M4P board while relocating the stock bed heater relay.
