Ender 5 Pro cable cover

Modeled from scratch but inspired from dbltrbl023's cable hider, this model addresses the following personal preferences from the original.

- It has a simple shape. The bends and curves made it harder to print and I prefer straight lines to a curvy/rounded aesthetic.
- It's roomy - getting all the cables inside is definitely not a problem.
- Ease of printing. I specifically shaped the model so it can be printed in 1 piece with very little to no support required.

Potential cons to consider:
- Not nearly as elegant looking as the original.
- It prints on it's face, so mileage may vary on the visual quality of arguably the most important side, aesthetically speaking, depending on your bed surface, your filament, if you print a raft or not, etc.
