Ender 5 Screen back cover

I wasn't 100% happy with the available models so i decided to model my own.
It fits great on my quite old Ender 5. My screenbracket is 2mm thick, 102.5mm wide and 104.5mm tall (to the inside of the bend).
If Creality havent changed any of the manufacturing on the screens bracket, it should fit yours as well.
