Ender 5 top mount spool holder

This is an extra piece to attach the stock spool holder to the top of an Ender 5. It requires 2x M4x80 screws and two extra t nuts (which I stole from the screen mount).

To mount the extruder to the top of the frame use "stepper_mount" from this thing.
