Ender 6 with cover is a real treat but
* it derails easily when opening/closing it
* the bowden tube get stuck in the nuts/screws of the hinges
The latter problem resulted in failed prints due to missed steps and hence some layer-shifts.
These things solve these problems.
The hinge cover comes in two sizes. The taller one can be used with the original screws and nuts. The flat one needs shorter screws and nuts without locking-agent. The hole in the hinge-cover acts as sort of a locking mechanism.
Print using PETG or ABS. Not sure about PLA when using inside the heated chamber.
