Ender 7 Cable Holder

Slight redesign of Undo_Ender_7s great cable holder to allow printing without supports. Attaches to the top hub PCB using the existing screws. I added a zip tie to further secure the cable loom. Perhaps I may add some notching or slots to make the zip tie fit a bit better.
