Ender Extender Strain Relief Modified

This is a remix of the Ender Ender Heated Bed Wire Restraint by Ender Extender. I liked the design but did not like the idea of relying on two sided tape so I added holes for bolts.

Also, the design allowed for quite a bit of play in the cable as the zip ties would not get tight enough. I added a second piece with a raised section so that it would "pinch" the bed wires a bit tighter.
