ender max 3 filament guide

Wasn't happy with the filament guides with wheels. Saw this and liked the stability of having the run out sensor on top of the base. Didn't have the connections or bowden tube for this design so I have remixed it with a smaller hole for the filament and elongated the cube where the filament goes in to give the filament stable access to the sensor so it doesn't bend coming off the roll. My sensor was occassionally stopping my prints so hopefully this takes care of that issue.
