I remixed a couple parts from mykos' IKEA design to make a spool holder to fit M3D spools. I had a number of these small spools lying around, and their 30mm center hole is too small for the standard Ender3 hub. My mounting base slides down over the top of the Ender3 stock metal spool bracket rather than using the twist-lock nut. Then the hub just slots into the mount. I intend to make a larger slot-in hub for normal size spools.
The hub is composed of two parts (the ones with the pins and holes) that must be glued together with any cyanoacrylate glue (such as Superglue™). This is to make them easy to print without supports.
