An basic modification to work on my ender 3v2, because, my z linear screw have an little offset to my plate.
Two parts are printed separated to allow some play and adjust, and easy replacement if breaks, just print one extra first, if the nut holder breaks.
The T nuts are m5, I just heated them up using my soldering station with an m5 screw attached to the other side to avoid shifting out of the hole
