ender3 v2 filament guide

Another remake of the remake of the remake ....

I started with the version of redsoda but didn't want to buy a bearing. The forces on a filament guide are low so a self 3d printed bearing is sufficient and much more fun.

also changed dimensions a little to bend the filament less.

Also added a mounting point for the cables so that they do not need the bowden tube for support.
