Ender5_BLTouch_Mount_DirectDrive

Designed based on the awesome Creality Ender 5 BLTouch mount by Mesmer88. Needed a few alterations to make it work with the Ender 5 Direct Drive kit by PrinterMods. I thickened it up for a little bulk....prob overkill and added a little flair with a "BLTouch" logo. I'm still learning and solely use TinkerCad so I didn't take the time to round off edges so it is pretty square. It is designed to use M3x8 screws for the mounting to hotend plate and M3x8 screws/nuts for mounting BLTouch.
