Ender5 PrintBed model

extracted only the bed from the whuge detailed stl of the whole Ender5 as I don't need whole printer model inside a slicer with all the screws and belts and... bed is enough .. simplified the bed mode to cut down the number of polygons, it's still tad big for my taste but...

origin of the file is set for my Ender5 that has 0,0 in the middle of the bed, minx,y are in the front left corner (so not rotated by 180 degrees as original ender3 with marlin) but you can rotate and move it as you like
