EnderXY - Linear Rod X Axis Conversion

Uses standard MGN12H mounting so many toolheads can be adapted easily or already exist. The graphite brass sleeve bearings I've listed below are 8mm ID, 12mm OD and 20mm in length, but can be swapped for 40mm if you can find them and you would only need two of those rather than four.This uses the original idler bearings, spacers and washers.This is compatible with my RenderXY modification.I've orientated all the parts ready for printing and I'd recommend printing all parts with supports touching buildplate at least.
